damages or cost incurred. Buyers and other operators of all E-Z Cruizer® products accept full
responsibility for familiarizing themselves and gaining knowledge with all local, state and federal laws
including all environmental regulations related with every E-Z Cruizer products before purchase or use.
All E‐Z Cruizer® bikes and products are sold as is and the seller(s) and manufacturer(s) offer no
guarantee for legal street use. When assembling your E-Z Cruizer it is very important to have it
inspected or approved by a certified mechanic with professional experience working on small two‐stroke
engines and gas powered bicycles. Review and familiarize yourself (in detail) with all E-Z Cruizer® safe
operating suggestions before operating. The seller(s) and manufacture(s) accept no responsibility in any
way for the design, function or safety of the bicycle on which any E-Z Cruizer® engine kit is installed. Any
verbal or written statements made by any representative or salesperson are disclaimed and form no
